7. Notices. Any writtrn notice requited to be givrn by any party to this Contrail <br /> shall be (a) delivered personally, or (b) srnt by United States first class mail, postage prepaid. Notice <br /> required to be given to the Procuremrnt Officer or the CONTRACTOR shall be sent to the <br /> respective address as indicated in this Contract. A notice shall be deemed to have been received three <br /> (3) days after mailing or at the time of actual receipt, whichever is eazlier.
