We are creating road remnant Parcel <br /> "A" containing 383 square feet. Parcel "A" will be abandoned by County Council Resolution <br /> and offered for sale to the adjoining property owner. <br /> Last year, Ballard Mortuary (Family Funeral Services, LLC) requested an easement over a portion <br /> ofAlenaio Lane to address an encroachment problem. A section of the mortuary building is within <br /> the Aleanio Lane right-of--way. Attorney Steven Lim of Carlsmith, Ball, LLP is handling this <br /> problem for the owner. We reviewed the problem and will be recommending the fee disposal of <br /> Parcel "A" as noted in llirector Demfis Lee's August 30, 2002 letter to Mr. Lim (copy attached). <br /> Our surveyor's certification of staking is attached.
