EXfIIBIT 2 <br /> TIME OF PERFORMANCE <br /> <br /> The contract begins upon approval and continues through September 30, 1997. <br /> A. The in-school instruction will be during school hours, including schools <br /> designated as year-round schools. <br /> B. The summer leadership camp will be held in June. <br /> C. The Hawaii DARE Officers Association Conference will be held in <br /> Mazch, and the National DARE Officers Association Conference will be <br /> as scheduled. <br /> D. The DARE Officers Training will be held in July. <br /> E. Contractor shall submit a written report of the DARE Mentor Training <br /> Program, applicable to each school year. <br /> F. Contractor shall attend and complete DARE Officer Training applicable <br /> to the school yeaz. <br /> G. Contractor shall attend the DARE Mentor Training Program and <br /> submit a written report of the DARE Mentor Training Program <br /> applicable to the school year to the Office of Youth Services (OYS) 30 <br /> days after the completion of the program. <br /> H. Contractor shall attend the National DARE Officers Association <br /> Conference and submit a written report of the National DARE Officers <br /> Association Conference applicable to the school year, due within 30 days <br /> of the completion of the conference. <br /> I. Contractor shall submit the quarterly financial reports on Sub-grantee's <br /> Invoice and Expenditure Report (BIER) and due to the STATE no later <br /> than 30 days after the close of the quarter. <br /> <br />
