Resisting Influences Assertively; <br /> 5. Forming Friendships; <br /> 6. Resolving Conflicts Without Violence; <br /> 7. Avoiding Violent and Gang-Oriented Relationships; <br /> 8. making Our Environment Drug-Free, Violence-Free, and Safe; <br /> 9. DARE Review; and <br /> 10. DARE InfoActions and Culmination. <br /> <br /> 3. Provide opportunities to attend the Hawaii DARE Officers Association and <br /> National DARE Officers Association Conferences <br /> a. The officers attending the conferences will act as resource persons for <br /> DARE officers not attending the conferences and will conduct in-service <br /> training during the year. <br /> b. All DARE officers are eligible to attend the conferences. <br /> <br />
