The appropriation amount represents the County's <br /> share of the replacement costs. <br /> PROJECT/PROGRAMJUSTIFICATION (what is the project/program trying to address or solve, area/population served, benefits beneficiaries, etc. <br /> Currently, on busy beach days, the water system cannot provide sufficient water for both the park and the residents. Some of the new park <br /> futures cannot be utilized because of the lack of water pressure. The primary purpose Is to provide the primary users (residents of South Kona) <br /> with continuous restroom and shower conveniences.
