KAWAMURA, being first duly sworn, on oath, <br /> deposes and says: <br /> 1. She is the Director of Finance of the State of Hawaii, <br /> the administrator of the Shippers' Wharf Committee Trust <br /> ("Trust"). <br /> 2. The Director of Finance has been the administrator of <br /> this Trust since April 5, 2001 pursuant to a court order. <br /> Attached hereto as Exhibit "F" is a true and correct copy of <br /> that court order. <br /> 3. As the current administrator of this Trust, she <br /> believes that the County of Hawaii would be in a better position <br /> to administer the Trust because, by the terms of the Trust, the <br /> Trust funds may only be used for public health purposes within <br /> the County of Hawaii. <br /> <br /> 93995 3 10 <br /> <br />
