9. As the current administrator of this Trust, she <br /> believes it is in the best interest of the beneficiaries that <br /> the court approves the resignation of the Governor of the State <br /> of Hawaii as current trustee, appoints the Mayor of the County <br /> of Hawaii and his successors in interest as the successor <br /> trustee, and transfers and vests title to the Trust properties <br /> to the successor trustee. Thus, the Director of Finance <br /> supports the Trustee's Petition For Order Approving Resignation <br /> of Trustee, Appointing a Successor Trustee, and for Other <br /> Related Relief. <br /> 5. This Trust may be unusual because there is a trustee <br /> with vested interest in the Trust property and an administrator <br /> to whom the duty to administer the trust and the duty to keep <br /> and control the trust property was "delegated" to the Director <br /> of Finance. In the event the court deems it necessary, the <br /> Director of Finance hereby resigns as the administrator of the <br /> Trust subject to the court's approval. <br /> 6.
