Far neglecting to nsalce or renew advance payments, or for nonpayment of any account <br /> for water supplied or water service, or of any scheduled fez or charge as required by <br /> Section 4 and,19 of the Rules and Regulations. <br /> I <br /> 6. For damaging, causing injwy to or otherwise interfering with any service pipe, meter, <br /> curb stop cock or any other appliance of the Association controlling or regulating the <br /> water supply. <br /> 7. In case of vacancy of premises. <br /> 8. For violation of any rules of the Association <br /> 9. As noted above in Section 9, where two or more single persons or families in a single <br /> building, are supplied with water to a single service line, and the owner of the building or <br /> the owner's authorized agent fails or refuses to sign an application for service, or fails to <br /> pay the bills far water when due, or fails to abide by all the rules and regulations of the <br /> Association, service may be discontinued; but no such action involving the shutting off of <br /> the water supply of an innocent consumer shall be taken without first affording the tenant <br /> of the premises opportunity to make a new application for supply of water through a <br /> separate service line or meter. <br /> B. Water will be tamed off to any premises, on the written order of the consumer. <br /> 13) MANNER OF CUTTING OFF WATER SUPPLY <br /> No water fixtwe or related appliance will be considered cut off until it is discontinued so <br /> that it cannot be used again, or is sealed in a manner satisfactory to the Association. <br /> 14) PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO TURN OFF WATER <br /> Plumber, owner or other authorized by Association person shall have the authority to turn <br /> the water on or offal any premisis stop or ewb stop, in case of emergency or line <br /> breakage. Plumber, or other authorized by Association person shall have the authority to <br /> turn offor disconnect water service in enforcement ofthis agreement. <br /> <br />
