The proposal shows only one entry and exit point, which in case of civil <br /> or fire emergency may create a major safety issue. <br /> ? There is no clarity on proposed waste disposal. Will there be sewers, <br /> septic tanks or cesspools? Cesspools are not acceptable as already there is <br /> significant leaching into the water table. <br /> We wish to restate that we are not opposed to new development. We are <br /> however, deeply concerned that this developer appears to be skirting the <br /> intent of the law to benefit financially.
