A [~-feeE] 10-foot future road widening strip along the length of Alii Drive shall <br /> be dedicated to the County prior to receipt of final subdivision approval. <br /> The reason for the increase from five to ten feet is to accommodate the utility poles within the <br /> Alii Drive right-of--way. The 10-foot future road widening strip will increase the current Alii <br /> Drive right-of--way width from fifty to sixty feet.
