A brief synopsis of <br /> this prior communication is as follows: <br /> 1. The applicant's submittal does not show and acknowledge that the entrance to its <br /> proposed development will create afour-way intersection on the Heinaloli-Kahalui substandazd <br /> road, with Keaolani Drive. Keaolani Drive connects mauka with Mamalahoa Highway, [hough <br /> gated Keaolani subdivision. <br /> 2. The applicant's principals control several other parcels of land intended for development <br /> that would utilize the same overburdened infrastructure (Nani Kailua Drive) its present application <br /> intends to use. <br /> 3. The applicant's principals control other land intended for development that would allow j <br /> it to provide access to Kuakini Highway without adding to the overburden infrastructure it prefers <br /> to use as a less expensive alternative. <br /> <br />
