Upon its completion, the roadway shall be <br /> dedicated at no cost to the County. <br /> P. The Ponahawai Street extension shall be the only roadway access allowed from <br /> Komohana Street or from Mohouli Street. The location and design of the <br /> roadway access with Komohana Street and Mohouli Street shall meet with the <br /> approval of the Department of Public Works. <br /> Q.
