The two-way <br /> left turn lanes will accommodate access to the shopping center driveways on both sides of the highway. <br /> We request the Hawaii County Code, Chapter 24, Article 10 Section 24-280, Schedule 28 (no parking at anytime) <br /> under Puna be amended as described in the attached draft for an ordinance. A location map is attached. <br /> Under separate cover, we are transmitting the proposed ordinance to the Public Works Committee Chair for <br /> introduction. <br /> We ask for your review and consideration for adoption of the subject amendment.
