23. Wastewater: There is no County wastewater system in this area. As such, a cesspool or <br />septic system will be installed, meeting with the approval of the Department of Health, by <br />the applicant or respective landowner in conjunction with the issuance of a building <br />permit for a farm dwelling. <br />24. Solid Waste: Solid waste will be handled by the individual homeowners and hauled to <br />authorized landfill sites or transfer stations. <br />25. Essential Utilities and Services: There are no electric lines in this area. The applicant <br />currently uses solar with diesel generator backup.
