C. Evaluation at the end of the project <br />At the termination of the project, a written evaluation (agency self-evaluation if <br />they do not have a separate evaluator) is submitted to CPJAD within 60 days. CPJAD will <br />also consider contracting with a consultant to evaluate selected projects for impact <br />evaluation. Prior to termination, there may be discussion regarding agency efforts to sustain <br />project's efforts beyond the grant funding, if appropriate. <br />23 <br />
