Should the Council adopt a Unified Impact Fees Ordinance setting forth criteria <br /> for imposition of exactions or the assessment of impact fees, conditions included <br /> herein shall be credited towards the requirements of the Unified Impact Fees <br /> Ordinance. <br /> MM.
