Progress payments shall not be construed as final acceptance of services required <br /> under this Memorandum. The COUNTY agrees to perform all services in <br /> accordance with this Memorandum as specified in the Plan for an amount not to <br /> exceed FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS <br /> ($400,000.00) for each year of the Program for a total amount not to exceed ONE <br /> MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS <br /> ($1,200,000.00) with not more than ten percent (10%) of the full award or <br /> FORTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($40,000.00) per yeaz to be used <br /> by the COUNTY to administer the Program, and subject to the availability of <br /> funds and approval of the STATE. <br /> <br />
