Amendments in the other revenues category include: <br />• The increase in revenues from the sale of county lands, $515,000 <br />• The adjustment in fringe reimbursements from other funds, $10,013. <br />Fund. Balance Carryover. The fund balance carryover has been increased by $271,000, <br />reflecting the lapsing of the LIDAR and community gang cesspool projects. A fund <br />balance account designated for the UPW deferred compensation plan has also been added <br />as a revenue source. <br />Grants and Dedicated Revenues <br />• Federal Transit Administration, $134,800 <br />• Rural Transit Assistance Program, $17,000 <br />• Visitor Aloha Program, $4,000 <br />• Liquor Licenses, $27,305 <br />• RPT Tax Sale Cost, $250,000 <br />• Fund Balance, UPW Deferred Compensation, $266,000 <br />Expenditures <br />Along with the above changes in revenue projections, there have been adjustments to <br />estimated expenditures. The most significant are shown below: <br />• Health Plans - reduction, ($650,000) <br />• Provision for Compensation Adjustment, $800,000 <br />• Debt Service ($40 million bond), $1,000,000 <br />• Police Generator, $500,000 <br />• LIDAR System, $221,000 <br />• Addition of 3 Fire Radio Dispatchers, $97,344 <br />Positions will provide on-line shift supervision and augment current staffing, which is <br />severely deficient. Presently, the Fire Department has only one supervisor <br />responsible for two distinct operations, and is only available during normal business <br />hours. <br />• Start-up. Costs for the Ocean View Fire Station, $22,600 <br />New Positions <br />• Asst.
