A case in point are the <br /> proliferating sandwich board signs and others attached to fences and <br /> rock walls here in Kailua Kona (and elsewhere all over our island). <br /> Obviously the current sign code does not work as indicated by the above <br /> examples. The revised code is fair and easy to understand and to <br /> enforce.
