I <br /> reside et 75.411 Nani Kailua Drive, <br /> I went to commend the installation Of this stop signl I It has been long <br /> overdue: The Increase of tramc on Nan{ Kailua and espedaliy the <br /> unmonitored and constant speeding of cars up and down the atr~eet, has been a <br /> source of fruatretlon for most of the residents on this street.
