I mention <br /> this because you don't really get a good sense of traffic speed unless you <br /> walk or run along Nanl Kailua. 11My oondusion.....a signficant number of <br /> people are driving at 45+ up and down that hill. As much as I dislike stop <br /> signs, I am total favor of adding more to this road. The most recent one <br /> has definitely slowed traffic, et least near vidnity Of the sign. That's <br /> for people who stop.
