T'he stop sign has been beneficial in slowing traffic and <br /> speeding on Nani Kailua Drive, which is the main access for three exsisting <br /> subdivisions, and more in planning. An additional 4 way stop is warranted at <br /> the intersection of Melelina Street and Nani Kailua Drive to further control <br /> and moderated the flow of traffic.
