It would be even better to install <br /> additional 4 way stop signs at Melelina Street, another 3 blocks mauka from <br /> Kakalina on Nani Kailua Drive. At issue is the moderation of traffic flow in <br /> and out of the Nani Kailua corridor, and the future pressures that will result <br /> from new development.
