BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The Daniel Sayre Memorial Foundation was awarded a grant from World Triathlon Corporation and Ironman <br /> Foundation, and in tum, donated the funds to the Hawaii County Fire Department. According to the donor, <br /> the $2,000 donation may be used to purchase equipment for the department. The funds will be used to <br /> purchase a "Fire C.A.T.
