Recycling is an industry that is identified as requiring an NPDES industrial stormwater permit. "Che permit should be in place at the time the facility begins recycling activities. The Task involves preparation of an NPDES Donn B, which is quite similar to Ponn C described in Task 1, with the exception of figures and analytical testing. The permit must be accompanied by a Stonnwatcr Pollution Control Plan, which describes the detailed operating and management practices required to reduce the incidence of pollutants entering stormwater runoff.
