ATTACIIMENT A <br /> BILL 280, DRAFT 6: COMMERCIAL SIGNAGE SUMMARY <br /> PROHIBITED ISLAND-WIDE: <br /> All temporary sigos (e.g., sandwich boards, banners) used for regular, on-going business. <br /> All portable, aerial, automated, or flashing signs. <br /> ALLOWED ISLAND-WIDE.
