• 00-40 • <br /> (3) For each parcel of land within BID <br /> Precinct No. 3, at the rate of twenty-five percent <br /> (25$) of Precinct No. 1 Rate. <br /> (iii) The Assessments for subsequent Fiscal Years <br /> shall be made in accordance with Revised Ordinances of <br /> <br /> Honolulu (1990) section -3.2. <br /> (iv) The following parcels of land shall not be <br /> assessed under this Plan: <br /> (1) Parcels of land that are classified by <br /> the City for real property tax purposes as <br /> "improved residential," "unimproved residential," <br /> or "apartment;" provided, however,-that any parcel <br /> of land or any condominium apartment that is <br /> classified "improved residential," "unimproved <br /> residential," or "apartment" on the basis that it <br /> is a "transient vacation unit" that has a <br /> "nonconforming use certificate" under the City's <br /> zoning code, shall be assessed under this Plan. <br /> (2) Parcels of land owned by the United <br /> States or the State of Hawaii; provided, however, <br /> that property and leases of government property <br /> subject to real property taxation under Revised <br /> Ordinances of Honolulu (1990) sections 8-10.17, 8- <br /> 10.18 and 8-10.19, shall be assessed under this <br /> Plan. <br /> (3) Parcels of land that are exempt from the <br /> payment of real property taxes under Revised <br /> Ordinances of Honolulu (1990) section 8- <br /> 10.10(b)(3) because of use for church purposes, <br /> but only so long as such parcels are exempt from <br /> the payment of real property taxes. <br /> (4) Parcels of land that are exempt from the <br /> payment of real property taxes as set forth in <br /> Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 239, but only so <br /> long as such parcels are exempt from the payment <br /> of real property taxes. <br /> (v) Parcels of land owned by the City shall be <br /> assessed under this Plan. The Assessment on City land, <br /> no matter its Assessed Value, for the first Fiscal Year <br /> shall be $73,000 less the Kalakaua maintenance credit <br /> provided under Section 4 of Ordinance 00-_ The <br /> Assessment on City land for each subsequent Fiscal Year <br /> -9- <br /> 00-40 <br /> <br />
