Wastewater: Wastewater will be accommodated by individual septic tanks. <br /> 26. Utilities: Electrical and telephone service will be made available to the property. <br /> 27. Protective Services: Police protection is provided from its North Kohala station in <br /> Kapaau. Fire protection is provided from its North /South Kohala station located near <br /> the Mauna Lani Resort and Puako junction. Response time is approximately 10 <br /> minutes. The other stations are located in Waikoloa, North Kohala and Waimea. <br /> Emergency medical and paramedical services are also provided by the Hawaii County <br /> Fire Department. <br /> AGENCIES' COMMENTS <br /> 28.
