Lapsed funds from prior appropriations will be used to fund <br /> this reappropriation. Supplemental funding necessary for completion of the construction <br /> project will be attributed from other existing Department of Parks and Recreation accounts <br /> for Accessibility Compliance, Repairs to Facilities and/or Wastewater Improvements.
