No. 229-04 <br />PLACE: Council Chambers <br />TIME: 10:05 a.n). <br />Council Chair and Members <br />Hawaii County Council <br />Hilo, Hawaii 96730 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 229-04, reports as follows: <br />Resolution No. 229-04, transmitted by County Clerk Alan S. Konishi, via Communication <br />No. 737. dated August 17. 2004, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of <br />more than one tscal year for amulti-year lease for a copy machine. <br />I~he Oflice of the County Clerk's Reprographics Division wishes to enter into afive-year lease <br />contract for a copy machine.
