Memo to Brian DeLima, HSPWC Chairman <br />Page 6 <br />March 7, 1996 <br />Administration to submit plans for hazardous waste collection <br />program . . . . <br />The County currently has a contract with UNITER Environmental for <br />two household hazardous waste collection weekend events for our <br />island. The first was conducted on February 24 and 25 in Hilo and <br />the next event is planned for a weekend in March in Rona. Recycle <br />Hawaii also has a contract from the County to perform media and <br />public notification and information services for the hazardous <br />waste events. <br />Should the Council require any additional information, please let us <br />know. <br />Attachment <br />xc: SWD <br />
