Daily grading and cover operations are <br />working towards final cover grades, and on-site run-on and run-off <br />drainage systems have been constructed. Gas and water monitoring <br />wells have also been installed and are being tested. <br />* Initiate closure construction of Hilo Landfill l✓l 13 %0. <br />Again, daily operations are actually performing preliminary closure <br />construction. <br />* Begin post -closure care of Hilo Landfill 1✓.
