<br /> A <br /> 11. OPTION YEAR AND ADDITIONAL RENEWAL (Contins~edl: Bidder's may <br /> also offer additional years services for up to five years <br /> exclusive rights to scrap metals. Such bids must include either <br /> firm pricing or a price to be compared to a nationally <br /> recognized "benchmark" price for scrap steel for purposes of <br /> future payments. <br /> Bidders who offer such options shall attach them on a plain <br /> sheet containing all relevent prices, conditions, etc., and a <br /> copy of a published benchmark document showing the price at <br /> which future years shall be indexed to. <br /> 12. PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted at <br /> 9:00 a.m., Monday, November 1, 1993, at Finance Department <br /> Conference Room, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo; attendance is <br /> recommended but not mandatory.
