Stakeholder needs related to public transportation and paratransit needs. <br /> 4. Federal, State and county agency services and policies. <br /> C. Develop Database of Public Transportation and Para-transit Services and Needs <br /> 1. Detailed summary report of Part B in terms or services and needs. <br /> 2. GIS Map of service areas with relevant information. <br /> D. Assess the Benefits of a Coordinated Public Transportation and Para-transit <br /> System <br /> 1. Social <br /> 2. Economic <br /> E.
