Coordination with MTA: All work shall be done in coordination with the County of <br /> Hawaii Transit Agency. <br /> <br /> VI. Work plan and schedule: Prior to commencement of the project, contractor shall <br /> provide the MTA with a detailed work plan, time schedule and deliverables.
