Develop viable strategies and schedule for the implementation of the most <br /> effective and efficient Coordinated Public Transportation and Para-transit System. <br /> III. Public Involvement: Conduct public meetings in the two districts (Puna and Kona) for <br /> needs assessment and to keep residents informed on the progress and conclusions of this <br /> plan. For each public involvement effort a minimum of two meetings in each district <br /> shall beheld. <br /> N. Submittals to MTA: <br /> A. Public Transportation and Para-Transit Services and Needs Report <br /> B. GIS of Public Transportation and Para-Transit Services <br /> C. Benefits of a Coordinated Public Transit and Para-transit System Report <br /> D. Alternative and Assessment of Coordinated Public Transportation and Para-transit <br /> Systems <br /> E. Report of the Coordinated Public Transportation and Para-transit System with <br /> implementation strategies and schedule <br /> F. Report of Public Involvement meetings held <br /> <br /> V. Coordination with MTA: All work shall be done in coordination with the County of <br /> Hawaii Transit Agency. <br /> <br /> VI. Work plan and schedule: Prior to commencement of the project, contractor shall <br /> provide the MTA with a detailed work plan, time schedule and deliverables.
