3. The CONTRACTOR shall provide education outreach including, but not limited to, <br /> the following: <br /> a. Provide educational and outreach support to promote and increase <br /> participation in recycling of deposit beverage containers; <br /> b. Assist in implementing and monitoring demonstration projects; and <br /> c. Provide other education outreach support as needed. <br /> 4. The CONTRACTOR shall obtain staff to conduct monitoring support, technical <br /> assistance, and education outreach activities including, but not limited to, activities <br /> stated in this Scope of Services. <br /> <br /> 5. The CONTRACTOR shall prepare quarterly summary reports to include, but not <br /> limited to, the following: <br /> a. Update of monitoring support, technical assistance, and education outreach <br /> activities; <br /> b. Evaluation of program success; and <br /> c.
