Statutes, to pay the PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE a tota] sum of money not to <br />exceed ONE HiJNDRED FORTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($140,000.00) <br />from its Community Mental Health Services Block Grant funds for the <br />Agreement period. <br />a. Payments shall be made in two installments upon the submission <br />by the PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE of invoices in triplicate for <br />services provided. <br />b. The first installment shall be an advance installment of <br />approximately one-half (1/2) of the total compensation. <br />a The second installment of approximately one-half (1/2) of the total <br />compensation will be paid in Mazch 2005. <br />PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE Resoonsibilities: <br />a. The PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE shall procure the services of a Project <br />Coordinator, who will assume the role of managing the creation of the JIAC. <br />b. The PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE will submit quarterly progress reports by the <br />15~h day of the month following the end of a quarter. These reports shall <br />include a reporting of expenditures, as well as the deliverables generated by <br />the Project Coordinator to date. <br />c. The PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE will submit a cumulative report at the end of <br />the contract period. <br />8. Collaboration: Both the DIVISION and the PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE will <br />collaborate on monitoring the performance of the Project Coordinator relative to <br />agreed-upon deliverables. The PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE agrees to provide the <br />DIVISION with access to records as needed. <br />9. Federal Citation. Pursuant to Subparts I and III of Part B of Title XIX of the <br />Public Health Service Act, as amended, and Federal Regulations 45 C.F.R. Part <br />96, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration of the Public <br />Health Service of the United State Department of Health and Human Services has <br />granted federal funds to the STATE under Block Grants for Community Mental <br />Health Services, by Grant No. 03 B1 H1 CMHS-02, subject to the availability of <br />funds, for the block grant award period from October 1, 2002 through September <br />30, 2004, Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance No. 93.958, which notice of <br />award, grant application, and other applicable documents and conditions are <br />hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Federal Grant." <br />10. Audit Requirements. <br />a.
