Details of Proposed Use/Development: <br /> <br /> <br /> a. Project Description: The subject property is a 20.992 acre parcel <br /> located on the south side of Kaloko Drive at approximately the 4200 <br /> <br /> feet elevation. It is identified as Lot 7, Block 10, Increment 4 (File <br /> Plan 1433), being a portion of R.P. 8214, L.C. Aw. 7715, Ap. 11 to <br /> <br /> Lota Kamehameha, at Kaloko, North Kona, Island and County of <br /> 1 Hawaii, State of Hawaii. The property is heavily forested with slopes <br /> <br /> of 6-20%.The mean annual rainfall according to USGS Report R-47 is <br /> approximately 70 inches. <br /> <br /> <br /> b. Statement of objectives and reasons for the request: The owner <br /> <br /> proposes to subdivide the existing lot into two lots approximately 10+ <br /> acres. These lots are intended to be used as residential/agricultural <br /> <br /> lots. <br /> <br /> <br /> c. Number of acres: 20.992 acres are covered by this request. <br /> <br /> <br /> d. Proposed units lots/floor area of proposed building envelope: The <br /> applicants propose to subdivide the existing lot into two 10+ acre <br /> <br /> parcels. It is proposed that the lots will have similar conditions as <br /> those placed on other rezoned lots in the Kaloko Mauka subdivision. <br /> <br /> The conditions have included a 100-foot wide "forest reserve <br /> <br /> 1 <br />
