The property is located on the southwest corner of the <br />Mahilani Drive - Mamalahoa Highway (Highway 190) intersection, Kalaoa I" and 2"d, North <br />Kona, Hawaii, TMK: 7-3-11:68. <br />APPLICANT'S REQUEST <br />1. Request: The applicant is requesting: <br />a. State Land Use Boundary Amendment for 1.8628 acres of land from the <br />Agricultural to Urban District; and a <br />b. Change of Zone for 1.8628 acres of land from an Agricultural 5 -acre (A -5a) to a <br />Single -Family Residential 20,000 square feet (RS -20) district. <br />2. Reason for Request: The applicant is requesting the State Land Use Boundary <br />Amendment and Change of Zone to allow the subsequent subdivision of the property into <br />three (3) 20,000+ square foot residential lots for her three children. <br />3. Supportive information: The applicant, Lillian Mahi, has submitted the following in <br />support of the request. The four listed owners — Lillian Mahi, Michelle Mahi, Deborah <br />Mahi and John Mahi, Jr. have given permission and authorization via submitted signed <br />documents: (See Exhibit A - State Land Use Boundary Amendment and Change of <br />Zone Applications) <br />STATE AND COUNTY PLANS <br />4.
