The reports shall include subjects such <br /> as but not limited to: Working Group meeting dates, attendees, topics <br /> of discussion, actions taken, and conclusions reached, if any. <br /> CONTRACTOR shall also attach copies of any materials distributed at <br /> the meetings. <br /> 2) Submit for prior STATE approval a drafr final report including a <br /> summary of the accomplishments of the project and the <br /> CONTRACTOR'S evaluation and recommendations. Upon approval, <br /> submit final report in both hardcopy and electronically. <br /> 2. Time of Performance. The services described herein shall commence on the <br /> effective date of [his Agreement and all services under this Agreement shall be <br /> completed by September 30, 2005, unless sooner terminated as hereinafrer <br /> provided. This Letter of Agreement may be extended for a total period of <br /> time not to exceed three (3) months. However, the initial extension shall not <br /> exceed one (1) month with one additional extension allowable that shall not <br /> exceed two (2) months. The CONTRACTOR shall submit any extension <br /> request in writing for STATE approval a minimum of one (1) month prior to <br /> the termination of the contract. Said request shall provide detailed reasons for <br /> the delay in and steps to be taken to ensure the timely completion of the <br /> project. If the STATE approves the extension request, an amended Letter of <br /> Agreement shall be executed by both parties in accordance with the General <br /> Conditions. The CONTRACTOR shall no[ be entitled to any additional <br /> compensation to complete the work described in the Letter of Agreement. <br /> 3. Matching Funds. CONTRACTOR is not required to provide matching funds. <br /> <br /> 4. Compensation and Method of Payment. In consideration for services to be <br /> rendered under this Agreement, STATE agrees to pay a total sum of money <br /> not to exceed NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY AND NO/100 <br /> DOLLARS ($9,560.00), tax inclusive. Any reasonable modification in the <br /> scope of work that does not materially add to the cost of work shall be <br /> performed without extra payment on account of those changes. Modifications <br /> in the scope of work must be mutually agreeable to the STATE and the <br /> CONTRACTOR and confirmed in writing. Payments shall be made by <br /> STATE, upon satisfactory completion of services and submittal of original <br /> invoices, in accordance with the following provisions: <br /> A. FOUR THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($4,000.00) upon submission of a <br /> semiannual report including a record of a public meeting featuring <br /> nationally recognized expert(s) in geothermal direct use, as described in <br /> Paragraph A.l. through D.1 "Scope of Services," herein. <br /> B. FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY AND NO/100 ($5,560.00) <br /> upon submission of approved final project report, as described in <br /> <br />
