TMK: 7-5-09: 40 It is my understanding that this matter will be considered by your Committee on Tuesday, October 5, 2004 on or about 1:30 p.m. I have been retained by the applicant to assist with the processing of this matter and as you are aware, always make it a point to attend these meetings. However, due to longstanding commitments, neither the applicant nor I will be able to attend this meeting. Nevertheless, as it is the Committee's practice to have the Planning Department present the application to the Committee, I suspect that most, if not all, questions relating to this request can be answered by the Department personnel. As such, we would appreciate your having this matter considered and acted upon. Hopefully, it would be a favorable recommendation. I would then be in a position to answer any residual questions during the Council's consideration of this matter at its meeting of October 20. Please note that all of the conditions recommended by the Planning Director and Planning Commission, including the inclusion of an impact fee and affordable housing requirement on this zoning time extension request, as well as the additional recommendation of the Planning Director (Comm. 770.1), have been reviewed and accepted by the applicant.
