reason of the Contract, including but not limited to (i) income <br /> taxes, (ii) employment related fees, assessments and taxes and <br /> (iii) general excise taxes. The Grantee also is responsible for <br /> obtaining all licenses, permits and certificates that may be <br /> required in order to perform this Contract. <br /> 2. This section shall not be enforced if <br /> Grantee is an agency of the State of Hawaii. <br /> G. COMPENSATION. <br /> 1. Subject to continuing availability of funds, <br /> Agency agrees to pay Grantee, for services satisfactorily <br /> performed under this Contract, a sum not to exceed <br /> Thirty nine thousand dollars ($39,000.00) to be spent for the <br /> purposes of this Contract. This sum represents any and all <br /> compensation to be paid to Grantee for any and all services it <br /> provides, and for any and all travel costs, materials, supplies, <br /> equipment, overhead, taxes, and other incidentals and operating <br /> expenses which it incurs or may incur in connection with this <br /> Contract. <br /> 2.
