K. COPYRIGHT AND PATENT. <br /> The Agency shall have complete ownership of all <br /> material, both finished and unfinished, which is developed, <br /> prepared, assembled, or conceived by the Grantee pursuant to <br /> this Contract, and all such material shall be considered "works <br /> made for hire". No summary, report, map, chart, graph, table, <br /> study or other documents or discovery, invention, or development <br /> produced in whole or in part with funds made available under <br /> this Contract shall be the subject of an application for <br /> copyright or patent by or on behalf of Grantee, its officers, <br /> agents, or its employees, or its subcontractors without prior <br /> written authorization from Agency. <br /> L. MODIFICATION OF CONTRACT. <br /> Any modification, alteration, amendment, or <br /> change to this Contract other than to the "Application For <br /> Grant" (attached hereto as part of Exhibit "A") or to the period <br /> during which this Contract is in effect in Section B, including <br /> increases (subject to the availability of funds) or decreases in <br /> the amount of compensation, permitted in this Contract shall be <br /> made by written supplemental agreement to this Contract and <br /> executed by Grantee and the Attorney General or the Attorney <br /> General's designee.
