provisions of the "Application For Grant" may be requested by <br /> Grantee, approved by the Administrator of the Crime Prevention <br /> and Justice Assistance Division on Agency's behalf, and made by <br /> substituting or inserting the revisions in Exhibit "A". <br /> Modifications, alterations or changes to the period during which <br /> this Contract is in effect may be requested in writing by <br /> Grantee or Agency, up to forty-five (45) days before the <br /> Contract would otherwise terminate, and shall be effective as of <br /> the date approved by the Administrator of the Crime Prevention <br /> and Justice Assistance Division (if requested by Grantee) or <br /> Grantee (if requested by Agency) and made by attaching a party's <br /> written request with the other party's written approval thereon <br /> to this Contract. No oral modification, alteration, amendment, <br /> change, or extension of any term, provision or condition of this <br /> Contract shall be permitted. <br /> M. CONFLICT OF INTEREST. <br /> Grantee represents that it presently has no <br /> interest and promises that it shall not acquire any interest, <br /> direct or indirect, that would conflict in any manner or degree <br /> with the performance of the services under this Contract. <br /> N.
