1. If, for any cause, Grantee refuses or fails <br /> to satisfactorily fulfill in a timely or proper manner its <br /> obligations under this Contract or any extension thereof, or if <br /> Grantee breaches any of the promises, terms or conditions of <br /> this Contract and, having been given reasonable notice of and <br /> opportunity to cure any such default, fails to take satisfactory <br /> corrective action within the time specified by Agency, Agency <br /> shall have the right to terminate this Contract by giving <br /> written notice to Grantee of such termination ten (10) calendar <br /> days before the effective date of such termination. The Grantee <br /> shall continue performance of the Contract to the extent it is <br /> not terminated. Notwithstanding termination of the Contract, <br /> and subject to any directions from the Agency, the Grantee shall <br /> take timely, reasonable, and necessary action to protect and <br /> preserve property in the possession of the Grantee in which the <br /> Agency has an interest. <br /> 2. Furthermore, Agency may terminate this <br /> Contract without statement of cause at any time by giving <br /> written notice to Grantee of such termination at least thirty <br /> (30) calendar days before the effective date of such <br /> termination. <br /> 3. In the event of termination of either type, <br /> all finished or unfinished documents, reports, summaries, lists, <br /> charts, graphs, maps, or other written material prepared by <br /> <br /> Rev. 07/02 2~ <br /> <br />
