C. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS. <br /> I. Grantee shall comply with the guidelines set <br /> forth in the Act and all applicable federal regulations and <br /> guidelines, including but not limited to Bureau of Justice <br /> Assistance, Edward Byrne Memorial State and Local Law <br /> Enforcement Assistance Formula Grant Program Guidance, and <br /> Office of Management and Budget circulars and the effective <br /> edition of the Office of Justice Programs' financial manual <br /> entitled "Financial Guide." <br /> 2. If so required by Agency, Grantee shall <br /> certify to Agency that any expendable or nonexpendable personal <br /> property purchased or acquired with funds received under this <br /> Contract will be used for criminal justice purposes before title <br /> in such property may vest in Grantee. If a certification is not <br /> provided by Grantee, title to any personal property purchased or <br /> acquired with funds received under this Contract shall vest in <br /> Agency and such personal property shall be delivered to the <br /> Agency in good working order upon expiration or sooner <br /> termination of this Contract. <br /> 3. Prior to, or concurrently with the execution <br /> of this Contract, if so required by Agency, Grantee shall <br /> complete, execute and submit to Agency a Certification Regarding <br /> Drug-Free Workplace Requirements which meets the requirements of <br /> <br /> xev. o~/oo g <br /> <br />
