the Drug Free Workplace Act of 1988 (Pub. L. 100-690, Title V, <br /> Subtitle D), hereinafter referred to as the "Drug-Free Workplace <br /> Certification". A copy of the Drug-Free Workplace Certification <br /> shall be included in Part IV of the Application for Grant. <br /> Grantee covenants that the representations made in the Drug-Free <br /> Workplace Certification are true at the time this Contract is <br /> executed and will remain true throughout the entire term of this <br /> Contract and any extensions, and that Grantee shall fulfill all <br /> the requirements set forth therein. Grantee's execution and <br /> submission of a false Drug-Free workplace Certification, or <br /> Grantee's violation of any or all of the requirements set forth <br /> therein shall entitle Agency to suspend one or more payments <br /> under this Contract, and/or terminate this Contract pursuant to <br /> the provisions of Section N of this Contract. Grantee warrants <br /> that it is aware that such false certification or violation of <br /> the requirements contained in the Drug-Free Workplace <br /> Certification shall subject the State of Hawaii to government- <br /> wide suspension or debarment, or other sanctions which, in turn, <br /> shall result in the withdrawal of funds from Grantee and/or the <br /> unavailability of future funding for Grantee. <br /> 4. Prior to, or concurrently with the execution <br /> of this Contract, Grantee shall complete, execute and submit to <br /> <br /> Agency a Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, <br /> Rev. 07/00 1~ <br /> <br />
