Please accept our <br /> apologies for the tazdiness of the filing of this report. Future annual reports will be <br /> submitted prior to We June 18a' anniversary date of the enactment of the ordinance. <br /> Condition A: Hokukano Ranch, Inc. will comply with all the stated conditions of <br /> approval. <br /> Condition B: Hokukano Ranch, Inc. will not exceed the maximum daily water usage <br /> requirements as determined and established by the Department of Water <br /> Supply. As none of the planned renovations or new construction <br /> associated with the Visitors' Center has yet taken place, water usage on <br /> the property has not increased. <br /> Condition C: Hokukano Ranch, Inc. intends to complete the development of the <br /> Visitors' Center within five years from the effective date of Ordinance No. <br /> 03 93. Hokukano Ranch, Inc. will secure Final Plan Approval from the <br /> Planning Drector prior to the commencement of any renovation and/or <br /> construction activities within five years from the effective date of the <br /> ordinance. <br /> Condition D: Hokukano Ranch, Inc. will obtain a letter from the State Historic <br /> Preservation Division (SHPD) confirming that progosed activities within <br /> [he project site will have "no adverse effect" upon historic properties. If <br /> SHPD will not issue a "no adverse effect" letter prior to Final Plan <br /> Approval, Hokukano Ranch, Inc. will prepare an azchaeological inventory <br /> report and mitigation and preservation plan for approval by the Planning <br /> Director, in consultation with SHPD. <br /> ~~fl~®~ <br /> <br />
