<br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 360 <br /> (Draft 2) <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-33 (CITY OF HILO ZONE MAP), <br /> ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE, BY <br /> CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL <br /> (RS-10) TO RESIDENTIAL-COMMERCIAL MIXED USE (RCX-10) AT WAIAKEA, <br /> SOUTH HILO, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 2-2-21:30. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br /> County Code, is amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as <br /> follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, <br /> Hawaii, shall be Residential Commercial Mixed Use (RCX-10): <br /> Beginning at the southeast corner of this parcel of land, being also along the <br /> northwest boundary of Grant 9337 to Goo Fong, the coordinates of said point of <br /> beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALM" being 1,954.36 <br /> feet South and 5,424.09 feet East and running by azimuths measured clockwise from True <br /> South: <br /> 1. 58° 10' 72.05 feet along Pazce128-B, being portions of <br /> Lot 5, Block 63 of the "Waiakea Houselots, <br /> 2"a Series and Grant 9337 to Goo Fong; <br /> 2. 148° 10' 83.71 feet along Grant 11522 to Hikotazo Ohara <br /> and Koshina Ohara; <br /> 3. 239° 00' 153.68 feet along the southeasterly side of Mohouli <br /> Street; <br /> 4. 13° 12' S8" 115.32 feet along Pazce127, being the remainder of <br /> Lot 6, Block 63 of the Waiakea Houselots, <br /> 2"a Series and Grant 9174 to Loo Fat Ahuna <br /> -1- <br /> <br />
