Lowell Kalapa, Director of the Tax Foundation of Hawaii; <br /> ~ James Nakatazu, former Director of the Department of Agriculture; <br /> Kapu Smith, Kamehameha Schools and Manager of the Kawailoa Plantation; <br /> Amy Hirano, Private Consultant; <br /> Allemate: Alec Sou, President Aloun Farms; <br /> ~ ~ Alternate: Jeff Peterson, Land-O-Lakes. <br /> The Tas Force's proposed Agricultural Real Property Tax bill was approved by the City Council <br /> of Hongl lu and is now before Mayor Harris for his signature.
